Leather Collars 
Howler Collection leather pieces are crafted from 100% Italian semi-aniline leather and should be cared for like your handbag (i.e. avoid water, snow or harsh chemicals). Should your leather piece get dirty, use a soft brush to sweep away any visible dirt before wiping the area gently with a slightly damp, soft, colour-free lint cloth and allowing it to lay flat and dry naturally. 

If your piece does get wet, allow it to dry flat naturally – do not put it near any heat to accelerate the process. To preserve your leather, you can occasionally condition it with a neutral, nourishing leather cream (note: some conditioners can deepen the colour).

Step In Harnesses
Howler Collection Step In Harnesses are constructed from 100% polyester and feature a magnetic snap. These fabrics and materials often require special care. Hand-wash only to preserve your harness and protect the magnetic snap. Do not scrub, bleach or wring. Do not tumble dry. Drip dry flat in the shade. 

Brass Hardware
All of our hardware is solid brass. These components can be cleaned with a dedicated brass cleaner (i.e. Brasso, found at your local hardware store or supermarket). Polish these components as per the instructions on the bottle and take care to avoid spillage on your leather.
